SAN Architecture was founded in 2019 by Aaron Peck and is an Architectural Design firm based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Aaron is an ADNZ Registered Architectural Designer with over 20 years experience in design, documentation, contract management and client relationships in residential, commercial, retail, industrial, education and health care sectors.
At SAN Architecture we offer client focused Architectural Design Services. We use our knowledge of architecture and how it coordinates with structure, other disciplines and construction methods to pursue a quality of design based on economy and ease of construction. We understands the importance of integrating architectural and structural design requirements to provide cost-effective and practical construction solutions. We enjoy working with all clients to develop a positive outcome for their budget and design preferences. We believe that a great design does not need to have expensive materials or additional embellishments to standout or create an artistic statement but can if required or desired. We also look at sustainable and environmentally friendly designs and options to create healthier environments for the occupants.
We specialise in taking projects from feasibility to concept to consent and through to a fully administered contracts if required be it commercial, industrial or residential. We want to make the process simple for our clients working along side them throughout as design is a collaboration and that provides the best outcomes.
